[Summoners Series] Tiros — The Beginning of The Journey
Since the age of 10, Tiros continuously had vivid dreams about the lives of individuals who he had never met before. As he aged, Tiros realised that those in his dreams were real historical figures of Summonia, namely: Sagittarius, Malefica, Bellator, Faber and Vesta. But strangely, those history lessons about these figures from the Summonian education system did not seem to match Tiros’ dreams. Specifically Sagittarius - a hero who fought for the underprivileged in Tiros’ dreams but a murderer who took hundreds of lives in Summonian history.
Determined to bring light to the truth, Tiros became a troubadour and sang the tunes of history. Yet, instead of retelling the stories of Sagittarius through the lens of Summonia’s historian, Tiros recited his dreams. Tiros was then arrested by the army of Poseidonis for serenading a murderer and was forced to join their army. Soon after, Tiros joined Poseidonis’ marine fleet and ventured towards the Morloc’s swamp, where their fleet was deplorably defeated. Tiros and the surviving soldiers were captured alive by the Morlocs. While being locked up, Tiros found himself once again dreaming of Sagittarius. These dreams, one by one, revealed the Morlocs’ weaknesses using Saggittarius’ memories when he was a pirate in search of gold.
Tiros began scheming his escape. At midnight, the surviving soldiers deceived their prison guard and managed to break free. Venturing through the pitch-black darkness, the troop got lost and eventually stumbled upon a cave deep within the Morlocs’ Swamp. Little did Tiros know, this was the very cave where Sagittarius once battled the Morlocs and seized their treasure. Within the cave, Tiros found a peculiar book that soon came to be known as the Summoner Book. But luck was not on their side. The cave was ambushed by the Morlocs’ forces and Tiros’ comrades were annihilated, leaving only a few alive. In this critical moment, Tiros found the book glowing, its light piercing through the cave’s hopeless darkness. Within a flash of an eye, an explosion was heard along with a blue beaming light revealing Tiros’ transformation into Sagittarius.
Drawing upon years of experience in combat, Sagittarius as Tiros broke the siege and brought the survivors onto a stolen boat to flee the swamp. Once in safe waters, Tiros returned back into his original form as Sagittarius made his exit. Since then, Tiros realised that the book holds more mystical power than he knew and had decided to keep the book with him along his journey. Tiros and his troop proceeded to sail back to Poseidonis to get ready for their new adventure ahead.
